Above is an example of the URL (drilled down to the install.php file) that you'll need to type into your browser in order to begin the WordPress installation process. (Your URL will, naturally, vary from this depending on your local root's file structure. But your final two folder stops will be wp-admin >> install.php.)
When you load the URL, you will see the following error screen:
Fortunately, this is not a problem. We want WordPress to go ahead and create the config file, so we'll click on "Create a Configuration File" to proceed.
